While we’re waiting to find out what we’ll be wearing next spring , let’s worry about what kind of hairstyle we’ll be showing off. There’s good news and bad news. Bad (just for some of you) news first: hair stylists are letting us know that newt spring hair will be long. Medium cuts are allowed, but no short cuts. So stop trimming. And those of you who might be into it should start considering extentions. And if you’re hair is long already, here’s the good piece of news: 2018’s most glamorous hair looks are easy to make and to wear and they are perfect for many kinds of hair. Let’s talk about them and about some more tips. I’m starting with something fundamental: wavy hair is going to be big. Soft and natural, but a bit sculpted too. For example, Chiara Ferragni’s hair is definitely setting a trend: long and wavy, with a laterally parted (this look doesn’t fit anybody, so don’t obsess over it). If you like her style and are not too goofy, you can get a great result even from home.

All that matters is that you own a curling iron. Apparently Bablyss Pro is one of the best ones, also providing good value for money. It is automatic and easy to use, doesn’t burn your hair (or at least not too much) and, apparently, makes wonderful curls. You’ll have to let me know if it’s true, as I haven’t tested it yet. If you love curly hair but don’t want to give up on a natural look, let Sara Dijkink’s wonderful hairstyle inspire you: it is incredibly fashionable and you can get it even just sleeping with braids on. The rule, though, is not to get too tight braids, or the effect might be excessive.

Shea Marie, on the other hand, is the perfect testimonial of another hair look that’s going to be big: medium length with central partition, lightly wavy and super natural look. To be tried out.

If you love absolute simplicity, you should check out Chiara Corridori’s straight long hair.

For that little wave that can make a difference, try using a hair-volumizing dust (like the one by Kemon, very popular). Otherwise you can go for a “no volume” straight look. And if you part your hair in the middle, you’ll get an even more strict look, and very fashionable too, like Xenia Tchoumitcheva’s one.

Moreover an evergreen look is back in fashion: total straight hair with long fringe, with dark roots in contrast. Who has never at least considered getting it? For this trend, let Barbara Snellenbur inspire you.

And finally, one of my absolute favourite: bronde, the wonderful Gisele Bundchen’s signature look…

… worn with style and personality by J Lo too: it is still one of 2018 great must-haves, and, apparently, it is super easy to emulate: ask your hair stylist.
