Each of us follows their own morning routine and the actions we make almost seem to follow a sacred Schermata 2016-08-05 alle 22.09.13ritual. That is kind of what happens to me as I start opening my eyes in the morning at 7.00 AM, listening to the slow tune of “Onlyif” by Enya. My second alarm goes off at 7.10 AM, and this time the tune I chose is Goddes, by Banks. I finally start activating my mind functions at 7.20 AM thanks to “What do you mean” by Justin Bieber and by 7.30 AM I’m completely awake, as the song that begins, “Roses” by The Chainsmokers, always makes me want to dance. The first 30 minutes of your day are fundamental to start it off with the right foot! I enter  my kitchen at 7.35 AM and make a glass of hot water with lemon, that is a great help for your metabolism, to have a healthy skin and detoxify yourself.
At 7.40 AM I enter the bathroom, when my preparation phase actually begins and is accompanied by my playlist of the moment. At 8.30 AM I go to the gym and have a 45 minute work-out with my personal trainer, which is both excellent to energize myself and to stay in shape. By 9.15 I’m back home and ready for a shower. The products I use are the shower gel by Joe Malone Amber&LavenderBody&Hand Wash and, for my hair, volumizing shampoo and conditioner by Ouai and a mix of Argan , that can visibly improve the health and texture of your hair and shorten your drying time, making your hair silky, straight and shiny. AT 9:25 AM I hydrate my skin with my favourite body lotion, that I mix with oil, to make it even softer. I treat my face with C vitamin thanks to the brand H2Oplus, that lightens dark spots, evens out my skin and makes it shiner. The following step is my make-up. In the morning I usually just wear some mascara and lipgloss, in order to achieve a classy and not too extreme look. Once I leave my bathroom, wearing my dearly beloved soft bathrobe, I go back to my kitchen and at 10.00 AM have a healthy breakfast with a ginger juice that I lately found out about in a famous roman restaurant and that I have since been preparing at home too, with great results. All you need are watermelon, lime, mint and ginger. I avoid drinking coffee as it’s not very healthy, but breakfast also includes muesli, honey and sliced fruit. At 10.15 I’m in my room getting dressed and, soon later, I’m out and firma_digitale
